OUR COMPANY
As a family owned and operated business, Hayley and Paul Loenneker are passionate in every aspect of their work as owner operators of Always Cool Air Conditioning, a local success story which has grown organically in the Noosa area.
Originally from the Northern Territory, Paul officially traded in Air Conditioning in 1999, and was awarded Apprentice of the Year at the impressive age of twenty. One interstate move and twenty-six years later, he and Hayley have developed what was a small Noosa based business into a well-established, very successful local enterprise.
This is not a fluke or based on luck, but rather an exceptional illustration of how over 15 years of hard work, attention to detail and maintaining a service orientated focus will always enable a business to grow.
These characteristics can be seen in all aspects of Always Cool Air Conditioning, but perhaps the greatest instance can be seen in the way this family business supports not just its valued customers, but its team of respected and highly trained and skilled staff.
Family is everything to Hayley and Paul; they are incredibly proud of the involvement of their sons in Always Cool, two young men who have taken on the tradition of excellence in service and professionalism within the business. The Loenneker’s believe more inclusively however, that ‘family’ isn’t just about having the same surname: every staff member is considered a valued and incredibly important part of the Always Cool family. Whether it’s debriefing as a team over a pale ale at Boiling Pot or Heads of Noosa, or perhaps a well earned day out on the river with the whole crew on a fishing charter or cruise, for this tight knit group of skilled professionals, working at Always Cool is not just a job, but a place where delivering excellence in air conditioning and quality service is an intrinsic part of their business culture.
Ever conscious of their role as a business, the family at Always Cool also understand that their role within the Noosa community extends beyond keeping customers comfortable regardless of the weather. Hayley, Paul and the entire team are very proud to be affiliated with three sporting clubs in the area, as major sponsors of the Noosa Pirates and Noosa and Coolum Touch Footy clubs.
Out of the office, you’ll find Hayley and Paul out on the Noosa River, skiing or wakeboarding with friends and their boys, or taking a more leisurely approach to life in Noosa by walking the family’s beloved pooches, Ted and Daisy, along Gympie Terrace.
